Go4Ivy.com (also Go4College.com) offers guidance on selecting colleges to high school students, and, for a fee, predicts their chances of admissions to selected schools based on a detailed questionnaire. Tech-Tamer completely re-wrote over 15,000 lines of legacy ASP code from the original site and added significant convenience features for the site’s customers and administrators. The new site, based on the Symfony framework, is HTML 5 compliant and search-engine friendly, and makes extensive use of javascript/jQuery/Ajax techniques to improve the customer experience. We also configured the site’s web server and re-wrote the site’s e-commerce functions to make the site PCI compliant.
